Welcome to TCG Bulk Counter support. Find answers to common questions below.
1. Start a new session and select your TCG type
2. Tap on a category (e.g., Common/Uncommon) to expand it
3. Tap "Estimate by Weight"
4. Enter the weight of your cards in grams or ounces
5. Confirm the estimated count
The app uses an average of 1.8 grams per card for standard bulk cards. Actual weights may vary slightly based on card type, condition, and sleeve usage. For best results, weigh unsleeved cards.
Yes! Go to the Rates tab to customize rates for each TCG. You can set different rates for Common/Uncommon (per 1,000), Rare/Holo (per card), Ultra Rare (per card), and Basic Energy.
You can resume sessions in two ways:
- From the home screen, tap on "Recent Session" to continue your last session
- Go to History, tap on any session, then tap the green play button to resume
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit any data to external servers. If you delete the app, your data will be removed.
After completing a session, tap "Export CSV" to copy the data to your clipboard. You can also export all sessions from Settings > Export All Sessions.
